Five years after finding fame on The X Factor, she has landed three UK Top 10s and one number one single.
And as Ella Henderson plans to make her comeback into the limelight once again, she courted attention, thanks to the rollers in her hair, when she left her Leeds hotel on Saturday.
Famed for her bouncy golden curls on stage, the 21-year-old songstress appeared to head out amid her preparations for her night on stage, as her locks were held in place and her make-up appeared to be half-finished.

Ella Henderson confirms she will release new music in 2018
The singer released her debut album Chapter One in 2014.
For those of you who have been wondering just what Ella Henderson has been up to of late, the singer has confirmed she will return with new music in the New Year.

In a mailer to her fans, Ella said she has had a “busy couple of years in the studio writing my new album and I’m so excited to share it with you really soon!”

She added: “I can’t wait until the New Year for you hear some new music though!”

Ella recently posted a photo on Instagram in the studio with DJ/producer Jax Jones with the caption: “Recording something very special today.”

Ella is supporting James Arthur’s upcoming 11-date ‘Back From The Edge’ arena tour, which kicks off on November 16 in Leeds.

It’s been just over three years since Ella released her debut album Chapter One, which debuted at Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart and is certified Platinum with sales of 453,000.

The collection spawned three hit songs; Top 20 singles Yours and Glow plus the chart-topping Ghost, the latter of which has notched up 1.4m combined sales to date.

According to Vogue, the 23-year-old – who has a song Only Angel on his self-titled LP – will not only join the world’s most beautiful supermodels on the runway but also musical headliners Miguel, Tony award-winning Leslie Odom Jr. and Chinese singer-songwriter Jane Zhang for the annual lingerie event which will air on November 28.

The show’s 2016 runner-up has bagged a huge record deal with Warner, a slot on next year’s Eurovision Song Contest — and, more surprisingly, a new brother.

I can reveal that the Finnish singer has discovered a secret sibling, called Mikael, who came forward after spotting a family likeness while watching her on the ITV talent show.

Saara’s dad later ­confessed he had a one-night stand before he met Saara’s mother — and a DNA test has confirmed the two are related.

In an exclusive interview in Finland’s capital ­Helsinki, Saara revealed: “It is crazy. I lived in the same hometown as Mikael for 18 years but then it was being on an international TV show that brought us together.

X FACTOR star Grace Davies has been left barely able to walk after being struck with crippling back pain.

And the singer, 20, is understandably worried about performing on tonight’s live show with her agonising condition.

She exclusively told The Sun Online: “I don’t know what happened but about three weeks ago I woke up with the worst back pain and I’ve had it ever since.

“Then [Friday] morning, I couldn’t even get up off the floor for about twenty minutes, and had to crawl my way across the bedroom.

“It’s affected me a lot in rehearsals.”

The star spent Friday with heat packs strapped to her lower back to help ease the pain.
