When she was not yet 10, Leona Lewis was taken to see Cats in London. It turned out to be theatrical catnip.
“It was so magical and it was such a spectacle, just the music and the dance, everything was so emotional. I just remember loving it,” she recalled. “After seeing the show, I went to my singing teacher and I went, ‘I want to learn “Memory.'” So I ended up learning ‘Memory’ when I was like 9.”

But the talent show guru – talking in Los Angeles as he works on America’s Got Talent – denied he played a part in Cheryl and JB’s marriage split, reports the Sunday People.
Simon, 56, said: “There was one night where his behaviour was out of order. Cheryl had an act in the bottom two or something.
“He was up on his feet, he was screaming, he put his hand across his neck at me.”
