‘LONELY’ SINGER OPENS UP X Factor’s Saara Aalto bravely shares her battle with depression and anxiety and how it made her cancel gigs
The singer shared that when she was in Finland, music labels were not willing to help her international career and because of that she felt very lonely

“That led to this situation where I felt very lonely. I was really sad and still I was doing gigs all the time. I’d go onstage crying but I was still trying to sing.”

Saara is still struggling with depression and has had to cancel performances recently. She said: “This is the first time ever in my life that I’ve actually cancelled some things.
