The boys shot a video for this single last month in London. According to Liam it’s a slower song.

Also, apparently the boys shot another music video yesterday in Sydney, Australia. Looks like single #3 is also coming before Christmas.

Rebecca Ferguson confirmed new single “I Hope”
“I Hope” is a song recorded by British singer-songwriter and The X Factor runner-up Rebecca Ferguson. The track is confirmed as the lead single taken from her second studio album entitled “Freedom“, that’s scheduled for release on digital retailers on December 2, 2013 via RCA Records.

The single will premiere this Saturday on Graham Norton’s BBC Radio 2 show and it will be released on iTunes (UK) on November 24th.

X Factor’s James Arthur brands The Voice UK ‘a fix’
Speaking to Capital FM this week, James told how he felt the BBC show was a “fix” following going through the process after being invited to audition.

“Well I went to do it, well I got asked to come down, I made the last 200,” he told the radio station. “But it was just very apparent to me that they were just had had all these ex-TV stars that they had already decided on going through.

“How many of them was there? It was a bit of a fix for me. My heart wasn’t in it, I didn’t like the structure of it, I don’t like the producers, I liked nothing about it.”

James added: “So I went and won a bigger show!”

Last weekend saw the judges’ houses stage of X Factor arrive and with it, the shock exit of fan favouirte Joseph Whelan.

Whelan, who was one of the bookies’ favourites to win the whole show after his Boot Camp performance, says he is making the most of his time on the programme, but that he is “gutted” to have been booted out before the live shows.

Speaking exclusively to Mirror Online, the overs category hopeful says: “I thought Sharon Osbourne of all people would put me through. But I think she already had in mind what she wanted. I was gutted.”

Joseph’s exit comes after he was personally asked back to audition this year, by the show’s producers.

“They asked me to come back last year after I left the show and then I got a [follow-up] email from the show’s producers asking me to audition again.

X Factor judge, Louis Walsh has revealed he wants failed contestant Paul Akister to audition for the competition next year.

Speaking to This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, the 61-year-old said that he has a great final three but didn’t enjoy denying Akister his place in the live shows.

“I hated having to send Paul home because he’s an amazing singer,” Louis insisted. “I do hope he comes back next year. I really really do.”

Holly pressed that the singer was a fan favourite on social networks, Louis replied: “I don’t listen to Twitter, I don’t even look at Twitter, I go with my heart and I picked the best three I thought were best for this year.”
