Finally, FOX has announced a premiere date for The Masked Singer season 9. The popular competition series will premiere on the network Wednesday February 15 at 8 pm.
According to a short press release, the new season will feature the return of all new special themed episodes. Celebrity costumes will include wacky characters including French Hen, Doll, Axolotl (whatever the heck that is) and Moose.
Check out a brand new promo below. In the 15 second clip, voices can be heard, most distinctly host Nick Cannon and Judges Nicole Scherzinger and Jenny McCarthy. Jenny pops up on screen at the end. Judge Ken Jeong is tweeting enthusiastically about the upcoming season. We’ll just have to wait to hear from Robin Thicke.
At the moment, there are no upcoming clips to promo. The Masked Singer season 9 does not begin filming until Monday January 23. When the show premieres on February 15, The Masked Singer will STILL be in the middle of filming season 9. The last day in the studio is Sunday February 19.
