Watch: Noah Thompson, HunterGirl Hilarious Tour Promo Bloopers

Currently, Noah Thompson and HunterGirl, the American Idol season 20 winner and runner-up respectively, are co-headlining a tour.

The two are heading to Marion, IL on Friday (Nov 4) and then Angola, Indiana on Saturday (Nov 5). Next Friday (Nov 11), they play a big show in Nashville, Tennessee.

In the meantime, the tour buddies filmed a promo video to advertise their upcoming dates. And as you can see below, it took a few DO OVERS to get right. The two couldn’t stop cracking each other up.

Watch the fun promo bloopers below.

“Enjoy @huntergirlmusic and I messing up 1,000 times,” Noah writes in the caption alongside the hilarious video. Laughing emoji included.

“I thought it really said India for a second!” Noah exclaimed after a botched attempt to read the cue card. “No, Indiana!” HunterGirl corrected. “That would be cool…I’ve only been out of the country one time!”

Pronouncing town names like ANGOLA seems to be a big issue. Especially for Noah. At one point, he and HunterGirl dissolve into giggles before he can even get the word out. The producer warns Noah not to interfere with his mic. “He’s always interfering,” HunterGirl quips. “You shut your mouth!” Noah jokes.

And then Noah FINALLY says “Angola, Indiana” correctly, and HunterGirl misses her cue. Goofing around, they switch names. The two can’t stop laughing. “BE THERE YEAH. DAMN STRAIT,” says Noah, kinda giving up!

It seems like they’re taping spots for Disney Channel?  It’s two minutes plus of hijinks.

Noah and HunterGirl signed record deals after American Idol

After finishing American Idol in May, 19 Recordings/BBR Music Group signed them both to label contracts. Noah and HunterGirl recently dropped new singles–personal tracks that highlight their small town lives in Kentucky and Tennessee, respectively.

The country singers recently dropped heartfelt singles

Noah released the song “Make You Rich” produced by Jimmy Robbins, and written by Craig Wiseman, Driver Williams and Jason Nix— tells the story of choosing to be a better man by giving more and taking less.

“I’m from a small town in Eastern Kentucky and didn’t grow up with much,” Noah says in a press statement. “I’ve learned to value my friends and family so much more than the materialistic things we can have in life. I joke that I’m just a simple guy. I’ve also learned, even when life is tough, the more you give and the more you love, the richer you are, and that is the whole meaning behind ‘Make You Rich.’”

HunterGirl dropped “Hometown Out of Me” a song she co-wrote with Laura Veltz and producer Jimmy Robbins after returning to Nashville.

“My hometown has supported my dream since I was little and especially through this crazy year of my life,” share HunterGirl. “I wanted my first single following the show to be a thank you card to my hometown. The reason I get to chase my dream is because of the amazing people who have supported me. No matter where this journey takes me, I will never forget where I came from.”

Noah and HunterGirl became fast friends during the course of American Idol

The country music singers became fast friends over the course of the competition. The two had trailers side by side.  “We became close, man. We talked about how one person was feeling this way …or I was feeling this way,” Noah said of his friendship with HunterGIrl. “She was just kind of there for me and I was there for her. We became best friends.”

Some fans thought maybe the two were dating. But the two have said over and over again: Just friends!
