What were your favorite performances from Tuesday night’s (March 6) The Voice season 14 Blind Auditions 4? This week’s contestants were a little lackluster. But I predict the show is saving some powerhouse talent for next week, when American Idol comes on ABC’s schedule. Forget competition between the superstar coaches. The real showdown will be when American Idol and The Voice goes head to head next Monday. Who won’t be sitting at the edge of their seats waiting for those numbers to come in?

As far as tonight, my vote for favorite performance would be a toss up between the episode’s bookends, Spensha Baker and Terrence Cunningham. Both delivered sweet, emotional takes on the Beatles’ “Blackbird,” and the Temptations’ “My Girl,” respectively.
ETA: Adam Levine is not having a good season. He’s having a tough time attracting talent. So far, he has six team members versus 9 for Kelly, Alicia and Blake. Attracting the best talent is Alicia. Her success is probably due to a combination of persuasive wooing of contestants and being so deeply involved with her season 12 winner Chris Blue’s career.
