The Voice 27 Reveals Battle Advisors Coco Jones, Cynthia Erivo, Little Big Town and Kate Hudson
The Voice has featured celebrity mentors for various rounds of the show. For nearly every season, at least ONE round features outside guests to help the coaches prepare artists for the round. The Battle Rounds, however, have not featured Advisors since Season 22 in the fall of 2022. That is…until now!
Season 27 will feature four Battle Advisors for each of the coaches. Coco Jones will assist Team John Legend. Cynthia Erivo will help out Team Michael Bublé. Little Big Town will lend a hand to Team Kelsea Ballerini and Kate Hudson will help out Team Adam Levine. Battle Advisors sit in with the coaches during rehearsals to help get artists ready to hit the stage.
The Voice season 27 Battle Rounds begin on Monday, March 10.
Coco Jones Joins John Legend
Coco Jones stars as Hilary Banks in the cast of the Peacock series Bel-Air. She’s also a talented grammy-winning singer who nabbed a win for single ICU in 2022. The actress/singer has been in show business since 2013. As a 13 year old she starred in the movie musical Let It Shine.
Cynthia Erivo Joins Michael Bublé
Cynthia Erivo is a beloved Broadway actress who starred in the revival of The Color Purple with Jennifer Hudson a few years ago. Most recently. she was nominated for a Grammy for playing Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West in the screen adaption of Wicked. Cynthia is ONE award (Oscar) away from becoming an EGOT winner!
Little Big Town Joins Kelsea Ballerini
Little Big Town are a country vocal group known for their sweet harmonies. Their most recent record featured Christmas tunes aptly titled The Christmas Record. The band, consisting of members Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook, have won both Grammy and Emmy awards.
Kate Hudson Joins Adam Levine
Kate Hudson is mostly known as an actress, but like her mother Goldie Hawn and musician father Bill Hudson, Kate can sing. She’s appeared as a strict musical theater teacher in Glee a decade ago. And she recently released an album titled Glorious. Many know her from Kate’s star turn in the coming-of-age film Almost Famous.
