Check out a 2 minute preview of The Voice season 11 including an introduction to new coaches, Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys. The popular music artists will join veterans Blake Shelton and Adam Levine on the panel for the next cycle of the singing competition.
Miley makes the point that she’s genreless, having grown up in Nashville as part of a country music household including her father Billy Ray Cyrus. Yet presently, she’s a massive pop star. The young singer will likely attract millennials of all musical stripes.
Alicia declares that it’s about time The Voice had two woman on the coaching panel. Miley adds that those expecting a female catfight will be disappointed. She says the catfights are ALL between Adam and Blake. Sure, because when dudes fight it’s considered an adorable bromance. When chicks do, it makes headlines.
If you’re looking for a glimpse of the upcoming talent, there are a few teasers, including a boy with a soaring tenor who had Miley leaping to her feet.
