Watch The New Normal Pilot online RIGHT NOW. The new NBC comedy, about a gay couple (played by Andrew Rannells and Justin Bartha) who choose a surrogate to mother a baby for them, is created by Glee producer, Ryan Murphy and writer Ali Adler.
The marvelous Ellen Barkin plays surrogate mom’s (Georgia King) racist Nana. NeNe Leakes is the guy’s assistant. Or something!
The couple have a very sweet dynamic–like Glee’s Klaine all grown up. The only thing that bugs is the overly precocious kid played by Bebe Wood. Why can’t kids act their age on television?
