This week’s (Aug 3) penultimate episode of  So You Think You Can Dance 17 will have the Top 3–Keaton Kermode, Alexis Warr and Essence Wilmington–vying for the two spots in next week’s finale. Each dancer will perform three times–with each other and an all-star. Judges Leah Remini, tWitch and JoJo Siwa, in addition to the studio audience, will determine the two dancers who will move on to the finale.

According to reporter, Kristyn Burtt, the choreographers for this week include: Mel Charlot (Masked Singer, I Can See Your Voice, Award Shows. lots of hip-hop on her reel), Robert Roldan (SYTYCD producer, former contestant and all-star), Ellenore Scott (former contestant and All-Star), Leonardo Barrionuevo & Miriam Larici (Latin dance choreographers), Nakul Dev Mahajan (Bollywood dancer and choreographer), and  Chase Haley Bowden (toured with Derek Hough, danced on The Voice, competed on World of Dance

SYTYCD 2022 Schedule

  • Wednesday August 3 – The Final Cut – The remaining contestants hit the stage performing two unique numbers before they head to the finals, first dancing together in pairs and then matched with one of the series’ beloved All-Stars: Kiki Nyemchek, Audrey Case or Robert Green. Find out who will move forward to the season finale (1 eliminated)
  • Wednesday August 10 – Finale – The final two competitors go toe-to-toe to impress the judges and voting audience one last time before the winner is crowned. The two finalists must dance five performances each, before the audience decides who outperformed the other and wins the title and $100,000. (WINNER REVEALED)
