SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE: L-R: Top 4 contestants Tate McRae, Kida Burns, J.T. Church and Emma Hellenkamp on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE airing Monday, September 5 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. ©2016 FOX Broadcasting Co. Cr: Adam Rose

Join me here tonight for the final four performing on So You Think You Can Dance. Who will win? Post your predictions in the comments below!

Cat is so green tonight. She looks like a cast member of Wicked.

1) Top 4 and All Stars- You Don’t Own Me- Choreographed by Travis
What a bizarro dance, topped by bizarro makeup, and some eccentric choreography. tt was a little hard taking JT seriously in this. It’s like the Joker from Batman choreographed this week or something. I’m fairly certain I won’t forget that dance. Kudos. – Watch the Performance Video

Emma, JT, Kida, and Tate compete for the title of America’s Favorite Dancer. Nigel, Paula, Maddie, and Jason are our judges.

Tonight, the dancers will dance out of their style and with a brand new all-star tonight.

2) Top 4- Hip Hop with NappyTabs- Ease On Down The Road
The top 4 are crash test dummies. Some fun choreo, allowing Kida to shine in his own style. It’s a good dance. Cute. Nice celebration of the top 4. No judges comments.  – Watch the Performance Video

Tate has a good luck key that Katherine gave her.

3) Kida and Sasha- African Jazz with Sean Cheeseman- Din Daa Daa
Kida has to dance with a new All-Star for his routine this week. Sasha. Sean thinks they balance each other in this routine. Kida says it’s the hardest routine he’s ever had to learn. Kida shows some impressive strength in this piec. The costumes are pretty cool too. Kida wins points for keeping up with the choreo. I think Sasha might have out performed him a bit, but she has longer arms and legs, so the moves just look more fluid when she does them. Standing O from the judges. Paula thanks Sean, and congratulates Kida for making Top 4. She says he takes notes wonderfully. Maddie says they were so good together, and she loves seeing him push out of his comfort zone. Jason adds that it’s amazing to see his growth. Nigel says we owe a lot to African dance. Duh. LOL. Nigel says Kida has inspired people watching his growth.  – Watch the Performance Video

4) Emma- Someone Who Can Dance
Gaby says Emma reminds her how lucky she is to be dancing for a living. Emma’s final solo is high energy and highlights how far Emma has come in this competition. From being a “how did she make it?” she’s grown every week. Another great solo from Emma.  – Watch the Performance Video

Kida’s lucky charm is his secret handshake with Fik-Shun.

5) Tate and Jonathan- Salsa with Stephanie Stevenson
Tate is with Jonathan this week. Tate has to let Jonathan control her, and trust in Jonathan. I can’t help but think that Ruby would have slayed this dance. Not all the moves look great. I’m not crazy about her arms. Most of the impressive tricks rely on Jonathan’s strength, not so much on Tate. She brought a lot of personality, but lacked a bit in technique for me. Standing O from the judges. Maddie says it was awesome choreography, and the lifts were crazy. She impressed her tonight and broke out of her shell. Jason says he doesn’t recognize her, and she became someone different. He thinks she might win. Nigel says she’s one of the most versatile dancers ever on the show, and she might join Dancing With The Stars in a few years. Paula says she looks beautiful, and she enjoyed watching Tate having fun being challenged.  – Watch the Performance Video

6) JT- Ghost Of The Sky
Robert says JT reminds him why he loves dance so much. It’s a solid JT solo. He’s had better ones. It was OK.  – Watch the Performance Video

JT’s lucky charm is Robert.AWWWWWW.

7) Emma and Jenna- Contemporary with Jaci Royale- How Long Will I Love You
Emma’s doing a contemporary routine with Jenna… who is dancing out of her style? Why couldn’t she have danced with Marko, who is actually a contemporary dancer? This piece is about adoption. Maddie is excited to see Emma step out of her box this week. It’s a pretty dance, but I never felt that connection from Emma. Sorry. Standing O from everyone but Nigel. Jason says it was beautiful, and one of his favorite performances from her. Nigel says he loves that everyone is being pushed in different areas. Paula says it was a breath of fresh air.  – Watch the Performance Video

8) Tate-Easy
Katherine loves that Tate’s solos are very different. An interesting solo from Tate, but she mentioned in the package that she wanted to be scary… and I think she could have pushed that further.  – Watch the Performance Video

Emma has lucky socks. She doesn’t like to wash them, but Gaby made her wash them.

9) JT and Marko- Bollywood with Nakul- Malhari
Robert calls JT his minion. I guess this is why Emma was stuck with Jenna. I remember when people used to struggle at Bollywood. Now it seems like everyone and their mother can do Bollywood when they get on the show. JT nails it. A great routine. Standing O. Nigel says he went from being super cute to super great. “Unbelievable tonight!” Paula says it’s one of her favorite routines by Nakul. She literally gives JT her hat. She says everything she did was on point. She calls it his best routine ever. Maddie says Bollywood is not easy to master in a couple of days, and says that he and Marko are great together. Jason calls him limitless. He says cute is for puppies. He keeps getting better and better.  – Watch the Performance Video

10) Kida- Earned It
Fik-Shun says Kida has gone above and beyond. My favorite solo of the night. Really highlighted his tricks and his musicality.  – Watch the Performance Video

The top 4 picked their favorite dances over the course of the season.

11) Tate and Katherine- She Used To Be Mine
Tate says she worked so hard to get where she is. She’s chosen to reprisea really deep routine. Smart move. SYTYCD fans love their emotional dances. Katherine, as usual, is stunning here. Tate does some great work, but this dance truly belongs to Katherine, who is truly radiant here. I think it’s some of her best work ever. Paula got her hat back. She says it was equally tormenting, yet Tate has grown leaps and bounds. Maddie says she didn’t know it was possible that Tate could grow this much, and Tate showed she deserves to be here. Jason says as a professional dancer, you do dances over and over, but they pushed it to another level tonight. Nigel says she’s growing up in front of their eyes. She couldn’t have done better this evening.  – Watch the Performance Video

12) The All-Stars- Feathery
There’s a jungle gym type cube on the stage for them to play on. It’s a cool concept. Only nine all stars are dancing. Who is missing?

13) Kida and Fik-Shun- Winning
Kida’s inspiration is his deaf other brother. I was kinda hoping for the bumblebee routine. It’s another opportunity for Kida to remind everyone how far he’s come in his ability to match Fik-Shun’s energy and stage presence. This time, it felt even. Standing O. Maddie says it looked so much different from the first time because of how much Kida has grown. Jason gets up on the table and dances. Nigel says Kida is sprinting for the finish line. Paula, who still has her hat, says Kida powered that stage with his energy.  – Watch the Performance Video

Did Paula actually get her hat back from JT?

14) JT and Robert- The Mirror
JT picked a routine that’s been viewed 55 million times online. It’s a great piece that shows off how good JT really is, and how special his connetion with Robert is. I totally support this choice. It’s a cool trick. Jason thanks Travis again. Nigel says JT is not always gonna be a little cute boy, one day he’ll be as old as Nigel. He tells JT to keep the bright eyed performance quality he has. Paula, wearing JT’s hat, mentions that JT and Robert are still connected. She calls him magical. Maddie says the show is about growing, and he’s done that. She calls him a mini-Robert.  – Watch the Performance Video

15) Emma and Gaby- Walk Like An Egyptian
Emma got cut in her first audition like Gaby did. Wow. Some good tapping. Not her best routine. It’s an odd choice for a reprise, but it was good. Just not a heavy hitter. Nigel is so proud because Tap was on every single week this year. Paula says she was even better tonight. Maddie says she deserves to be here. Jason says that Emma is the most improved dancer.  – Watch the Performance Video

No one is eliminated this week.

Last week’s votes combine with tonights votes to decide the winner.

Will it be Kida? Tate? JT? Emma? Sound off in the comments below. Don’t forget to vote! (fox.com/DANCE)
