The Daytime Emmy Award nominations were announced today (May 11) and surprise surprise–none other than Steven Tyler is nominated for an award!
What could the quirky Idol judge possibly be nominated for? He’s up for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program for his work as the Mad Hatter on Nickelodeon’s The Wonder Pets!
Steven joined forces last fall with Idina Menzel (Queen of Hearts) and Ziggy Marley (Cheshire Cat) for a special appearance in an “Alice in Wonderland”-themed episode for the Emmy-winning preschool series that follows the adventures of three singing classroom pets who work together to save animals in distress.
