So You Think You Can Dance alum Serge Onik, who competed on season 11 has died at age 33.

Serge competed on SYTYCD in 2014, dancing alongside winner Ricky Ubeda, as a Latin Ballroom dancer. He left the show in the Top 14. Additionally, he assisted pros like Maksim Chmerkovskiy with choreography on Dancing With the Stars and helped U.S. Olympic figure skaters with their routines and training.

Serge most recently appeared as a dancer in the film adaption of the Broadway musical In the Heights, directed by Jon M. Chu. The film was released in June. He also taught classes at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City.

Here’s Serge dancing in a 2016 dream sequence staged for the ABC drama Agent Carter. In it, Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) and Agent Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) dance with an assist from Serge and DWTS pros Dmitry Chaplin, Damian Whitewood, Sasha Farber, Anna Trebunskaya and Karina Smirnoff. Dancers Robert Roldan (SYTYCD), Malene Ostergaard, Amanda BalenJenya Shatilova, Lacey Escabar, Alla Kocherga and Paul Kirkland round out the ensemble.
