OK, that was a little surprising. I was sure either Melinda or Adechike would hit the road tonight. When Nigel eliminated Alexie he mentioned her age–26. Kind of ancient for SYTYCD. It probably figured into her elimination. She really was fodder material, so if it hadn’t been this week, she probably would have gone in the next couple of weeks.

Now, we’re left 6 boys and four girls. Looks like it’ s going to be a boys year…

Live blogging the So You Think You Can Dance Top 11 results…Who is going home? Tonight’s guests are: Usher live plus the world premiere of of the new music video from Justin Bieber and Usher. Plus, Twyla Tharp’s Pas De Deux, “That’s Life.”

Results! The decision was unanimous. Nigel tells Melinda she has to bring the fire. Nigel felt Cristina was dancing for her life tonight. Nigel tells Alexie that she needs to find maturity, and unfortunately, she’s the one leaving this week.
