Simon Cowell told the BBC today that he’s looking forward to being a father. It was his first public confirmation that he will be having a child with soon-to-be-divorced New York socialite, Lauren Silverman.
“Things are changing in my life for the better,” said Simon, “I’m proud to be a dad.”
The statement came today while he was promoting the new One Direction movie, This Is Us, that premiered today in London.
His baby mama Lauren (Sorry. I’ll never stop calling her that. I think it’s funny) the X Factor creator said, is “a very special girl” and that while he hadn’t thought of fatherhood before, “now I know I feel good about it.”
