Sanjaya Malakar’s recent elimination puts him at the top of the Idol news food chain. He’ll be making the rounds of the talk shows next week, including the usual suspects–Ellen and Regis and Kelly. While he’s in New York, Sanjaya will also be delivering the Top 10 List on Late Night With David Letterman. This site claims to know the list.
According to the Associated Press, Indians were glad to see Sanjaya go. Here are some sample headlines–From The Indian Express, “Sanjaya is voted off American Idol – he’s the only one weeping, ” and from the Times of India, “Finally, Sanjaya sings his way out of Idol”
