According to Hits Daily Double, Scotty McCreery will sing the National Anthem at Game 1 of the World Series Baseball series.
“This is absolutely incredible for me, ” said McCreery. “I have had two loves in life–music and baseball. The World Series is the biggest event in baseball, so to be there and be able to sing the National Anthem is like putting my two greatest loves together. I am looking forward to seeing which two teams will be playing.”
He will also perform at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. That’s in addition to the rest of his promo schedule.
Game One of the World Series is scheduled for Wednesday, October 19.
