New details have emerged regarding the armed robbery of Scotty McCreery that took place at a friend’s apartment last month.
The armed men, accused of robbing Scotty and his friends on May 5 near North Carolina University, forced them into a closet and told them to count to 100. This, according to a search warrant made public today.
Mikkail Jamal Shaw and two other men allegedly forced their way inside the apartment, stealing wallets, cellphones, money and a laptop from the group before fleeing on foot.
The search warrants, issued May 8 for Shaw’s iPhone and 2002 Mercedes Benz, reveal that the men knocked on the door and then pushed their way in, armed with two pistols and an AK-47.
