Get ready for tonight’s LIVE Sing-Off finale, beginning at 8 pm.
Tonight we’ll find out which of the 3 finalists, Dartmouth Aires, Pentatonix and Urban Method wins the recording contract and $200K after America’s vote.
The series, which began with 16 groups, featurs a special guest performance by R&B legend Smokey Robinson who will be singing his hit song “You’ve Really Got A Hold On Me,” with top-four group Afro Blue.
Host Nick Lachey and judges Sara Bareilles and Ben Folds will also have their turn to perform on “The Sing-Off” stage. The special performances include:
Bareilles performs her single “Gonna Get Over You” with Urban Method, Folds performs his single “Not the Same” with Dartmouth Aires and Lachey performs the 98 Degrees single “Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche)” with Pentatonix (Wait…Pentatonix is singing a 98 degrees song with effing Nick Lachey???? Ewwww.)
The top three groups will also perform. And the top ten groups who competed this season will re-unite in an all-girl and all-boy performance.
“The Sing-Off” also is expanding its season with an additional holiday themed live episode “A Sing-Off Christmas” on Monday, December 5 (8-10 p.m. ET) featuring groups from all three seasons including season two winners Committed, season one winners Nota, The Backbeats, Beelzebubs, On the Rocks, Street Corner Symphony and many of the top ten groups from season three.
This all-star episode will include performances of holiday and inspirational classics with special guest Flo Rida performing his smash hit and current Billboard Top 10 single “Good Feeling.” All three judges will perform on “The Sing-Off” stage with Sara Bareilles and Ben Folds tackling a holiday duet while Shawn Stockman takes on a Christmas classic with previous winners Nota.
