Nicki Minaj dropped by the Tonight Show with Jay Leno to promote the upcoming season of American Idol. The singer and rapper downplayed the explosive feud she had with fellow judge, Mariah Carey, in October, but seems to genuinely love Keith Urban–praising his humor and intelligence.
As far as Mariah goes, the rapper respects her talent. The battle started off with joking, but then escalated due to the passions brought to the table by both divas.
And did you know that Nicki was admitted to the famous “Fame” performing arts high school in New York City…for drama. But she failed the singing audition. She couldn’t quite remember the short monologue she used to audition–only remembering the name “Perseus.” Yeah. It was Hmalet! YOU”RE KIDDING. Nicki exclaimed when the crack Tonight show research team informed Jay. Oh Nicki!
