After a solo career that included a stint as a CCM artist, Jason Castro is involved in a brand new project. The American Idol season 7 singer teamed up with his siblings Michael (American Idol season 9 Hollywood contestant) and sister Jackie to create Castro the Band. The singing trio feature catchy, thoughtful folk/pop tunes sung in gorgeous close knit harmonies. The trio’s debut album, Diamond Dreams is out now. Check out the lead single on Spotify.

Dia – Never Tear Us Apart
On the heels of releasing a candid and at times heartbreaking essay on her struggles after placing 2nd on the inaugural season of The Voice in 2011, Dia Frampton has released a cover version of the 80’s hit, “Never Tear Us Apart.” Dia offers up a dreamy, haunting rendition of the INXS classic.
