Justin Timberlake received the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, but first he performed a mega medley of his many hits, including about 20 seconds of “Bye Bye Bye” with *Nsync.
Those of you looking for a “reunion” will be disappointed. As many of you said, the rest of *Nsync got “Beyonced”–referring to the Superbowl Destiny’s Child reunion, where the group had the privilege of acting as her backup singers.
That was pretty much the case here too. Worse, it was obvious how much Justin had outgrown the group. They looked like amateurs by comparison. Justin’s solo performance was totally epic.
