Six milestones to herald on this Labour Day Weekend (and an album milestone as well).

Harry Styles from X-Factor UK notches three more milestones this week. “As It Was” which was previously number one on Pop and HAC (currently 3rd on both), went top 5 on AC this week. That chart is much slower moving than others. Meanwhile. “Late Night Talking” went number 1 on Pop and top 5 on HAC (that’s right, he has songs sitting at 1, 3 and 20 on Pop while also having songs 3, 4 and 41 on HAC). His “Harry’s House” is still in the top 10 of the BB200 (sliding from 5th to 9th) with 43K in equivalent albums (down 5%) from last week.

Also on the BB200 is The Voice’s Morgan Wallen whose “Dangerous: The Double Album” is fifth this week (4th last week) with 50K in equivalent albums (up 3%). More importantly, this is the album’s 85th non-consecutive week in the BB200 top 10 which ties it for the longest duration in the top 10 from a single artist or band with “Peter, Paul and Mary” (1962). It is the 8th longest for any album with musicals holding down the first 7 slots. If it last two more weeks, it can tie “Camelot” and “Oklahoma”.

Back to radio airplay milestones and we have Gabby Barrett’s “Pick Me Up”. This song is the fourth single from her first album “Gold Mine”. The song was released on Feb 7th. Two of the previous singles from that album went to number one on Country. Gabby was on the re-boot season of American Idol.

Also from American Idol are Colton Dixon and Danny Gokey, both CAC artists. Colton competed on Season 11 and his “Build a Boat” is floating into the top 10 on CAC. Reaching top 20 this week is “Wall Need Jesus” from Danny Gokey who was on Season 8.
