Six Milestones to celebrate on Labour Day.
Camila Cabello continues to top the Pop chart this week with her Shawn Mendes collaboration “Señorita”. This is the song’s second week at number one and it also achieves top 5 on HAC this week. The song is top 20 on AC and top 30 on Rhythmic. This is there second collaboration. It topped the Hot 100 last week – will it stand at the top for a second week?
Former bandmate Normani also has a milestone this week. Both Normani and Camilla performed their songs on MTV’s VMAs last week. Normani’s “Motivation” enters the the Rhythmic chart and continues to make gains on Pop.
Debuting songs this week are Chase Rice and Daniel Seavey. “What Am I” from Why Don’t We which includes Idol Daniel Seavey gets a strong start on Pop. It almost debuts top 40 and has a healthy spincrease. Over on Country, Survivor Chase Rice debuts “Lonely if You Are”. The song was dropped June 7th and could be part of his next album.
An additional milestone on Country is from “The Sing Off” alumna Ingrid Andress. “More Hearts than Mine” was selected as an On-the-Verge (OTV) single and this week it is top 40.
