Monday Morning Mediabase 07/30/2018

Three milestones this last Monday of July.

Daughtry (featuring American Idol Chris Daughtry as the lead singer and main focal point) released their new album “Cage to Rattle” on Friday. It is their 5th studio album and they are predicted to have one of the top debuts of the week. This week also marks their debut single from that album, “Deep End” moving into top 30 on HAC.

Over on CAC we have another popular American Idol contestant who did not win the show. Season 8’s Danny Gokey has carved out a career for himself on CAC. This week, “If You Ain’t It” goes top 40 on CAC.

Finally, we have Normani from X-Factor US. This Fifth Harmony member is having success on the solo front with “Love Lies” from the movie soundtrack from “Love, Simon”. The song moves into the top 10 of Pop. It is also currently top 10 on Rhythmic and top 40 on HAC.
