Monday Morning Mediabase 07/12/2021

This Monday Morning, there are five Milestones on Mediabase.

Two milestones on Country this week. Chase Rice made it to the finale of Survivor and now he makes it to the top 5 of Country. Of course, this isn’t Chase’s first visit to the top 5, but it is his first time with a Florida Georgia Line Collaboration. The song is called “Drinkin’ Beer Talkin’ God Amen”. “You Time” from Scotty McCreery is his latest single to hit top 15. Scotty’s singles may take a while to get there, but they keep on swimming (or swimmin’). This week “You Time” has the fifth biggest spincrease on Country.

Gabby Barrett’s “The Good Ones” is a prior number one on Country and this week it goes top 40 on AC. This song is Gabby’s answer to her previous hit “I Hope” noting that not all relationships are bad.

Eurovision winner “Arcade” is sung by Dutch Voice contestant, Arcade Laurence. This week, the song went top 15 on Pop. It is currently also top 15 on AC and HAC. A second milestone on Pop this week goes to Tate McCrae. “working”, a collaboration with Khalid, goes top 20.

Voice winner Jordan Smith’s “Great You Are” returns to the 40 on CAC.
