Two milestones to close out the month of May’s Monday Morning Mediabase Memos.
Last year’s Idol winner Maddie Poppe climbs into the top 30 on HAC. Her “Made You Miss” is the debut single from her “Whirlwind” album which was released a little more than a week ago.
OG Idol Kelly Clarkson has “Broken and Beautiful” move into the top 30 on AC. This single is from the “Ugly Dolls” soundtrack.
We noted last Tuesday that “Dancing with a Stranger” from Normani and Sam Smith had entered the top 15 on AC.
It’s been over a week since Laine was declared Idol winner and his coronation song “Flame” is 50th on the chart. Voice songs burn fast, so they have already left the top 100. Maelyn Jarmon’s “Hallelujah” continues to lead the pack at 119th.
