Daniel Seavey from American Idol is now with the boy band “Why Don’t We”. They have been building up on social media and “Trust Fund Baby” is one of their singles. The song reached the top 30 on Pop this week.

Niall Horan is working his 4th solo single after One Direction went on hiatus. “On the Loose” went top 30 on HAC this week. It is also top 30 on Pop.

Camila Cabello left her group “Fifth Harmony” and is also working her 4th solo lead single (2nd from her debut album). “Never Be the Same” achieved top 5 on Pop.

Finally, Jeff Gutt joined the band Stone Temple Pilots after having been on the X-Factor. The STP’s “Roll Me Under” went top 30 on Active Rock. They currently have two songs in the top 30 of that format.

Kelly Clarkson’s “It’s Quiet Downtown” was from an alternative “Hamilton” album. It returned to the top 40 on AC this week.

The Weeknd scores his third consecutive number one album with “My Dear Melancholy”. “The Greatest Showman” soundtrack featuring “The Voice”‘s Loren Allred is 5th.
