Three milestones to get our March started – does that count as coming in like a lamb or a lion?

Gabby Barrett is working her second single on Country after her first single went to number 1 and crossed over to the three mainstream formats. Gabby is from the first season of the rebooted Idol and finished third that year. She has gone on to be the most successful contestant from the rebooted show. This week “Good Ones” went top 10 on Country radio – can it make to top 5?

Over on Rhythmic is Vedo from The Voice. Vedo’s “You Got It” is charting in three formats and went top 20 on Rhythmic this week. The song is charting in three formats.

Morgan Wallen can’t get a spin on the radio due to controversy, but he also went let go of his iron grip on the top of the BB200. This week “Dangerous: The Double Album” extended its time on the top of the chart to seven weeks. Only eight country albums have spent that long on the top of the BB200 and Morgan’s is the only one to spend its first seven weeks at the top. “Dangerous” moved 89K equivalent albums (-5%) with 80K SEAs (-1%, 110.79M streams), 7K sales (-31%) and 2K TEAs (-22%). Does Country want its latest star to fade away or will they eventually bring him back into the fold if he becomes a better person? Will people trust him to be a better person, or will he just get better at hiding it?

Finally, we have Dutch Voice contestant Duncan Laurence whose Eurovision single is now top 30 on AC.
