Oh noes. Or hooray? Depending on how you look at it. Lazaro Arbos had to skip tonight’s American Idol Live show in Phoenix, AZ, due to illness. Lucky for Lazaro, the Idols have a couple of days off. The Top 11 don’t perform again until July 27 in Grand Prairie TX. I expect the lyrics-challenged singer will be feeling better by Saturday…
