Kristy Lee Cook Featured On New Duet With Country Hitmaker Randy Houser (AUDIO)

American Idol Season 7’s 7th place finisher Kristy Lee Cook has been working towards the release of a new country album via Broken Bow Records, and while her recent single “Airborne Ranger Infantry” wasn’t able to get much traction at country radio, she now appears on a labelmate Randy Houser’s album, How Country Feels, which was released today via Stoney Creek Records (sister label of Broken Bow Records, where Kristy Lee is signed).

Randy Houser may not be a household name, but he will have the #1 song on the Billboard Country Airplay and Country Aircheck charts that will be published later today with “How Country Feels,” and XFactor US Season 2 winner Tate Stevens made his mark by covering Houser’s 1st country hit “Anything Goes.”

Check out their duet on a song called “Wherever Love Goes,” written by Paul Jenkins, Jason Sellers, and Neil Thrasher (Jenkins and Sellers also cowrote the smash Jason Aldean/Kelly Clarkson crossover duet “Don’t You Wanna Stay,” with fellow singer/songwriter Andy Gibson.
