Kim Zolciak DWTS Update: Won’t Be Dancing Tonight

UPDATE: According to TMZ, Kim will not appear on tonight’s episode of Dancing with the Stars, because she’s unable to leave Atlanta after her medical emergency. Doctors advised her not to do anything strenuous or travel. Kim will reportedly appear on the show via FaceTime. Whether she is leaving the competition for good is still unknown.

Update on Dancing with the Stars contestant, Kim Zolciak. She wound up in the hospital on Wednesday after a “mini-stroke” and was kept in the hospital until Friday. Pro Partner, Tony Dovolani was by her side, and reportedly, rehearsing with her in the hospital, but it’s still not clear that she’d be able to compete on tonight’s show.

On Saturday, Kim released a statement to the press,

“I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days. I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health. I can’t express enough how much I love dancing and this whole experience, and I hope this will not be the end of dancing.”

The show’s producers will keep the fate of Kim’s run under wraps until tonight so folks will tune in to find out. I’m predicting she’ll bow out. When would she and Tony have had time to rehearse? Has Kim even flown back out out to LA yet? After such a serious health scare, wouldn’t a doctor advise her to take it easy? Dropping out now, would also avoid the embarrassment of being eliminated. She earned low scores the first two weeks and many predicted her elimination this week.

If the will she or won’t she dance isn’t drama enough, apparently talk show host, Wendy Williams, accused of faking her illness for sympathy votes (!!!) on her syndicated show this morning. Kim called her out on Instagram. Yay feuds.

Tony Dovolani keeping Kim’s spirits up.

Kim had one last procedure on Friday before being released from the hospital
