Kelly Clarkson squashed pregnancy rumors, via twitter last night. When the original American Idol winner revealed to People magazine earlier this week that she and her fiance, Brandon Blackstock, decided to forgo a big wedding for an intimate ceremony with just his kids in attendance, the speculation about why began immediately.
A clear channel radio station based in Winchester VA really got the rumor mill going when they tweeted this:
WHAT?!? Kelly’s rep denied that she was pregnant and the tweet was deleted. But just to make sure everyone had their stories straight, Kelly took to twitter herself to clear up the rumors once and for all.
FYI ….Brandon & I are getting married & no I am not pregnant. We are eloping for one reason only. We both want an intimate ceremony.
