Kelly Clarkson took a trip back to the nineties when she covered ‘Nsync’s beloved boy band hit “Bye Bye Bye” on July 21 at a Buffalo concert stop on her current North American Piece by Piece tour.
Selected by a fan named Alicia, in every city, Kelly chooses a song requested by fans on twitter, works it up quickly. and performs it that night on the concert stage.
“I will say, tonight is fun,” giggled Kelly. “This is a throwback to our junior high years. We have a lot of people in our crew are very excited about this one,” said Kelly. The crowd cheered before she launched into a stripped-down soulful rendition of the 2000 hit.
All was missing was her background singers coming forward with matching outfits and some sweet choreography!
