Jessica Sanchez was in the Philippines over the weekend to perform a concert at Chaos City of Dreams in Manila on Sunday. Billed as “Up Close and Personal with Jessica Sanchez” the concert gave fans a chance to watch Jessica perform in an intimate setting.
The American Idol season 11 runner-up also appeared on the popular show, Sunday Pinasaya, where she covered “Flashlight” the Jessie J tune featured in the movie Pitch Perfect 2.
Interesting that Jessica didn’t perform one of her own tunes, or maybe even a new song. Covers and familiar songs are crowd pleasers, and it gave Jessica a chance to sing a modern hit song.
