It looks like Jennifer Lopez is wasting no time using American Idol to promote her career! According to somebody who worked on the video shoot for Jlo’s latest single, “Same Girl,” the music video will premiere on American Idol, Thursday January 16.

This hasn’t been confirmed officially yet. In fact, there seems to be some confusion about the American Idol premiere, which is actually on Wednesday, January 15. But I would not be surprised if it’s true. Jennifer and her people were genius when it came to using the show to further her career. Her profile raised so much due to the show, that she felt confident enough to leave it. But with new projects on the horizon, she’s back!
