Jennifer Hudson, David Otunga may be heading for trial in Cook County child support case – Despite meeting with a Cook County judge for several hours this week, Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson and “A Madea Family Funeral” star David Otunga seem to be heading for trial in their child support case. Judge Karen Bowes said “little progress” had been made during negotiations, and there had been “some backsliding.” She said there’s a lot of minutiae to deal with, but did not elaborate on the sticking points. Attorneys for Otunga and Hudson have been trying to work out parenting time and child support for their 9-year-old son for more than a year. – Read more at Chicago Tribune
