Coldplay, Harry Styles, Miley Cyrus, The Weeknd to Headline 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival – iHeartMedia has announced the lineup for its 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival, to be held Sept. 22 and 23 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Coldplay, Lorde, Big Sean, and Miley Cyrus are among the headliners for the event, which Ryan Seacrest is hosting for the seventh time. Jenna Elfman Joins Adam Shankman, Nigel Lythgoe for National Dance Day in Los Angeles – The Dizzy Feet Foundation — co-founded by Nigel Lythgoe and Adam Shankman — has booked Jenna Elfman for its eighth annual National Dance Day, which aims to “promote the benefits and joy of dance.” The July 29 event is scheduled to take place in L.A.’s Grand Park and is co-presented by The Music Center. Promoter asks judge to drop Christina Grimmie lawsuit, says slain singer wasn’t under contract – Lawyers for the promoter behind Christina Grimmie’s last show are asking a judge to dismiss her wrongful death lawsuit, explaining they aren’t on the hook because the singer wasn’t under contract. AEG Live filed the motion last week in Orange County Circuit Court. The request comes after a judge dismissed the first complaint filed by the singer’s relatives and they amended their lawsuit against AEG and the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra Plaza Foundation Inc., which owns the venue where she was killed last year.
