We have a broad spectrum of singing show competitions represented this week: Idol, The Sing-Off, The Voice and even America’s Got Talent.
Carrie Underwood is back to touring, swinging for the fences and clearing them. Two weeks ago, she was touring arenas in the South and selling out each stop (I love the name for the Louisville arena). Along for the ride are popular Voice contestants The Swon Brothers who are her openers.
Kelly Clarkson also toured with representatives from another show. The original recipe American Idol was in Clarkson, NC with The Sing-Off’s Pentatonix (who were recently featured on the Grammy’s).
Lindsey Stirling may have not won America’s Got Talent, but she’s built herself a good sized fan base. She was in Rochester in June.
Finally, we have Season 8 Voice winner Sawyer Fredericks who is out opening for Langhorne Slim (that’s quite the name). They played to a sold-out concert in San Francisco.
