Olly Murs – 2nd on 6th Season of X-Factor (2009). The Winner that year was Joe McElderry who has since been dropped by Syco and is now appearing on another reality show “Popstars to Operastars”
Paul Potts – Winner of the 1st Season of BGT (2007). Opera singer. First album went 2xPlatinum in the UK and sold 3.5M worldwide. Syco dropped him in 2010.
Shayne Ward – Winner of 2nd Season of X-Factor (2005). First two albums went platinum in the UK and sold over 3M albums worldwide. It was said that Simon Cowell refused to release an album from him for 3 years because he was too busy with Leona Lewis and SuBo. His third album, when finally released, tanked and Syco dropped him. He is now scheduled to appear in the musical Rock of Ages in London
