Robin Thicke gets his first number 1 album, with Blurred Lines. According to Nielsen Soundscan, 177,000 copies were sold.
X Factor alums, Emblem3 lands in the top 10 this week, as the group’s first album, Nothing to Lose enters the Billboard 200 at No. 7 with 46,000. Oops. He outsold the winner, Tate Stevens. His self-titled debut opened at 16,859 back in May. Emblem3 finished season 2 in 4th place, behind Fifth Harmony, Carly Rose Sonenclar and Tate.
Over on the Digital Songs chart, One Direction’s “Best Song Ever,” falls from 1-12 on the chart with 91,000, down 72%. “Blurred Lines” the single, regains the top spot. Read more at Billboard.com
