Idol Sales News – Week Ending 08/12/12

Did Carly Rae manage to fend off the challengers for one more week at number one on the Hot 100 (it’s going to be a close race). Next week is definitely go to Swift. That song is selling like hotcakes on iTunes and just broke a one day airplay record (plus 44.164M AI increase in one day on Mediabase). And just how many units did Phil sell at the top of the Digital Chart last week? And how about those album numbers?

This is the weekly sales thread. Please post numbers as you find them. Thanks!
