Demi Lovato Cancels Philadelphia Fourth Of July Show Gig Because Of Strep Throat – Demi Lovato is a no-go for Philadelphia’s Fourth of July show. City officials say Lovato has canceled her appearance at Thursday’s annual free concert because of strep throat. Adam Lambert performs at the AT&T Live Proud Concert

Adam Lambert performed at the AT&T Live Proud concert in Los Angeles last night. AT&T donated $50,000 to the Trevor Project as the result of the AT&T campaign.

Adam Lambert: I Want My Own Gay Wedding Eventually — Exclusive – The 31-year-old says, “I haven’t met somebody I want to marry yet, but I want the option, which is the whole point — you should have the choice.” He adds, “It will happen eventually. It’s a Tough Song – “It’s certainly nerve-racking,” said David Cook, the pop singer and “American Idol” winner who will sing the anthem on the Fourth of July in Kansas City, Mo., just before the Royals take on the Cleveland Indians. “For every person who wants to talk about Whitney Houston killing it years ago, 10 people want to talk about Roseanne Barr butchering it, so there is always that fear that ‘I better not forget the words to this song.’ ” – Read more at New York Times

‘Winnie Mandela,’ starring Jennifer Hudson, to open Sept. 6 – “Winnie Mandela,” the bio-picture starring Jennifer Hudson as the title character, is set for release in U.S. theaters Sept. 6, producers announced. Written and directed by Darrell J. Roodt, the film is a big-screen adaptation of Anne Marie du Preez Bezdrob’s biography “Winnie Mandela: A Life.” (This movie got ripped after it debut at the Toronto Film Festival last year. Catching up with Chris Daughtry – After more than five years on tour, Chris Daughtry certainly sounds like a stage veteran. His band rehearsed at the Greensboro Coliseum this week before heading out on a nation wide summer tour. While he sounds like a rock star, he looks like a super hero–Muscle and Fitness Magazine featured the front man in a six page spread in their July issue. “Being on the road for five years, I put on about 30 lbs. eating late, drinking beer, eating pizza,” Daughtry said. He says he decided it was time to clean up his diet and start working out. – See the Video at FOX8

‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Q&A: Stephen ‘Twitch’ Boss talks Michael Jackson, missing Alabama, more – “I took (the name) Twitch when I was about 20-years-old because that was when I first started dancing, going places and teaching dance, and a lot of my dance knowledge and a lot of my dance thoughts took place in that car,” Stephen says. “Driving from place to place.
