Bucky Covington’s new video featuring Shooter Jennings and Kellie Pickler racks up over 800,000 views in 24 hours– The raucous new video for the Bucky Covington and Shooter Jennings duet “Drinking Side of Country” racked up more than 800,000 views in 24 hours. The scores of scantily clad women, along with a sultry Kellie Pickler who served as a distraction to keep the trouble makers from being arrested, surely had something to do with it. Other famous faces in the video include X Games medalist Kenny Bartram and TNA wrestler Mickie James. The song, written by Covington, his twin brother Rocky and Ducky Medlock, is from Covington’s upcoming sophomore album “Good Guys,” which is set to be released Sept. 11. – Read more at Tennessean.com

Exclusive: ‘Voice’ Finalist Chris Mann Records Christmas Album – “The Voice” finalist Chris Mann will release a Christmas EP three weeks before the Oct. 30 release of his debut album. Mann has recorded six classic songs for a Christmas album that will be sold exclusively at Walmart. Faircraft Records/Universal Republic, which is releasing his debut, will release the holiday set as well. With the Christmas album finished, the classically trained singer is wrapping up his debut, recording the country classic “You Were Always on My Mind” Thursday in Los Angeles and traveling to Nashville next week to record a version of the Lady Antebellum hit “I Need You Now.” An orchestra will be recorded for the album’s 11 tracks next week as well. Paramount and Ryan Seacrest Teaming on ‘Food Fight’ Pic (Exclusive) – Paramount Pictures is cooking up the big-screen comedy Food Fight, based loosely on the reality TV show Food Revolution, which centered on celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. Ryan Seacrest, who teamed with Oliver on the short-lived ABC series, is producing alongside Adam Sher. The story centers on a hot Los Angeles chef known for his popular gourmet food truck who gets into trouble and is sentenced to work at a school.
