Tonight, TWO contestants are eliminated from The Voice. The Top 3 will move on to next week’s finale. The season 5 Top 3 return to perform their latest singles! NBC 8/7 pm. ‘American Idol’ winner to perform for Memorial Day – WASHINGTON — This year’s winner of “American Idol” and country singer Jennifer Nettles will join the lineup of performers at the National Memorial Day Concert on the Capitol lawn in Washington. Charlie White “Not Happy” With DWTS for “Contrived” Bottom 2 Battle Against Meryl Davis – The fan favorite Olympic ice dancing duo found themselves in the bottom two on the ABC reality hit on Monday night, with Charlie and Sharna Burgess finding themselves ousted from the ballroom in the penultimate episode of Season 18. But fret not, Charlie and Meryl lovers, as there are no hard feelings! “No, not at all!” Charlie told E! News backstage after the show when we asked if he was hoping it was Meryl who was sent home.
And Charlie is “not happy” with DWTS’ producers for pitting the friends against each other in the bottom two, saying it felt “contrived.” Woah! “The thing is, you don’t know if it’s always the bottom two,” Charlie explained. “Honestly to me, that felt contrived.
