Nigel Lythgoe Docks Lake Las Vegas Property, Lists for $3.95 Million

Nigel Lythgoe — the executive producer who has amassed a horde of reality competition shows like American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance — is selling a 2002-built Lake Las Vegas expanse in Nevada on 0.36 acres. Asking price: $3.95 million. Lythgoe bought the mansion in the Monaco subdivision of Henderson, Nevada for near double that in 2005: $7 million.

‘X Factor’: Host Steve Jones Addresses Season 2 Return

Holding strong at 10 million viewers, as Thursday’s episode brought in for Fox, X Factor has already been confirmed for a second season, but how much will version 2.0 look like the original?

Rumors are already spreading about a possible judge swap — X Factor UK’s Kelly Rowland for US judge Nicole Scherzinger — and there’s the question of host Steve Jones and whether he’ll return.

Glee’s Chord Overstreet: Mercedes Wants Both Sam and Shane (But Sam’s Got an Ab-tastic Plan!)

True, but seriously now… Sam’s a “goofy and lovable” guy, Overstreet says, and what he does have is determination. “He tries to pick up where they left off, regardless of her new boyfriend,” the actor, 22, says. “He’s trying anything that he can right now to get her back. Really. Everything. There’s a bunch of fun surprises in Episode 10, which is what we’re shooting right now.” Overstreet famously exited the series at the end of Season 2, but was recently asked back for several episodes.

Do we get an explanation on what he’s been doing since he left?
Not as much about what he’s been doing. He’s just trying to pick everything back up from where he left off. You get to meet his family and stuff, which is cool. It kind of goes into a little bit of an explanation of what he’s been going through—he’s been kind of having a hard time. And when he comes back he tries to pick everything back up with Mercedes, and she’s not really interested. He’s trying to figure out where he fits in back in this school that he has been away from for the last few months.
