Sons of Sylvia May ‘Rock A Lot Harder’ on Next Album

Sons of Sylvia’s debut album, “Revelation, ” has only been out since April — yielding the singles “Love Left to Lose” and “I’ll Know You” — but the sibling trio is already chomping at the bit to start working on a sophomore set.

“Now that we’ve got our sea legs under us as far as this first record, I wouldn’t be surprised if we just rocked a lot harder on the next one, ” middle brother Austin Clark tells Billboard.com. “Every time you play live it’s just so much fun to give it all you’ve got. So I would imagine, if anything, the next record might just be a little louder than the last.”

On the ‘DWTS’ Scene: Florence Henderson Remembers the Late Robert Reed

As viewers saw last night, the song was approved. While it wasn’t perhaps the best tune to tango to, it did have great sentimental value to Henderson.

“The reason I really wanted to dance to the ‘Brady Bunch’ theme was because I wanted to dedicate it to Bob, ” Henderson told TV Squad on the post-show press line, referring to the late Robert Reed (who played her TV husband Mike Brady.)

“To lose him to AIDS [in 1992] broke all of our hearts. The fact that Barry [Williams, Greg] was here and knows how close we all were to Bob … that was my dedication tonight.”

Derek Hough & Jennifer Grey Talk ‘Dancing’ Tiff

Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough’s on-screen sparring during their “Dancing with the Stars” rehearsals may have looked tense on Monday night’s competition show, but the pair told Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson it was just a blip on the radar.

“I knew from experience, when you have a four-and-a-half minute tiff [in a filmed rehearsal], they’re like, ‘Gold! It’s gold!’” Derek told Shaun of how the pair’s brief rehearsal fracas ended up highlighted on “Dancing.”

“In the week we were laughing and joking, ” Derek added. “I pretty much knew the whole week that, that is what was going to be [on the show].”

Is Jennifer Grey close to quitting ‘Dancing’?

Nooo! “Dancing With the Stars” frontrunner (and our personal fave) Jennifer Grey is starting the feel the top-of-the-leaderboard pressure, and we don’t like it one bit.

Especially after she told us this backstage following Monday night’s show (which, for the record, she rocked!):

When we asked if she’s ready for the challenge of next week’s two dances (instead of the one she’s gotten used to), Jennifer simply replied, “If it gets more stressful than this, I don’t know that I can take it.”

Glee’s Chord Overstreet Talks About His Giant Mouth, and Attempts a ‘That’s What She Said’ Joke

There’s no new Glee episode on tonight (just a repeat of “Hairography”), but why not take time during this lull to get to know the newest New Direction? Chord Overstreet has only starred in two episodes thus far, but as Sam, he has already dealt with jabs about his extra-wide grin and Bieber-esque hairdo, fended off rampant rumors about being Kurt’s gay love interest, and read a slew of bad pickup lines with great lack of finesse. Next week he’ll add the donning of gold lamé shorts to that list of mild indignities, in the much-touted Rocky Horror episode. He told us about the origin of his excellent name, the necessary skills for playing a doofus, and the perils of showering onscreen.
