Q. You’re on Twitter and you have a great connection with fans there, why is it important for you to be a part of this site?

A. Because as far as the show goes, fans are the reason I am in the position that I am right now. It’s a combination of what I was doing there, and what they were doing out there. Why not keep that connection going, they are awesome.

Q. Are you doing anything special to remember your time here on tour?

A. I brought a video camera and I’ve been video taping a lot of stuff. I am not really a packrat guy, I used to be, now I just remember. I wish I had taken some more pictures, I just haven’t, but I have taken some video. I live in the moment and I don’t spend too much time remembering that moment, I just want to live in that moment because it’s going to happen one time. I will never be on another American Idol tour, I’ll be doing my own thing and it’s exciting and I can’t wait. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be with these people and these artists.

Whelp. I guess all of our days are all ruined now. Sorry, everyone. Who wants to make a suicide pact for right now? Funny

Congratulations to Simon Cowell for inventing “hate handles.”
