Jennifer Lopez Debuts New Separate Clothing Line at Kohl’s Post Marc Anthony Split

Even after a highly-publicized split from husband Marc Anthony, who is also designing his own collection for Kohl’s, there’s no stopping Jennifer Lopez. The actress/singer/”American Idol” judge/clothing designer/superwoman is proudly showing off her new collection to O, The Oprah Magazine, which debuts at Kohl’s department stores in September.

In the mag’s September issue, Jennifer makes over eight O readers using pieces from her new clothing line. And although J.Lo may seem superhuman at times, she insists that she can definitely relate to the group of real women she’s giving a fashion makeover to, among them a lawyer, a teacher and a recent college graduate.

Lythgoe Family Productions Announces Two Traditional British Pantos: “A Snow White Christmas” Starring Neil Patrick Harris and Marina Sirtis and “Cinderella Christmas” Starring Fred Willard and Shoshana Bean

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lythgoe Family Productions and Magic Pictures International announce the 2011 holiday season of traditional British family Panto – the premiere of “A Snow White Christmas, ” and the second run of “A Cinderella Christmas.”

Neil Patrick Harris has signed on to star in the onscreen special guest role of “The Magic Mirror” in “Snow White, ” following in the tradition of several major stars that have played the role on the London stage; and Marina Sirtis, of Star Trek: The Next Generation fame, will star opposite as The Wicked Queen. The production will be helmed by Bonnie Lythgoe from So You Think You Can Dance AU and choreographed by Dancing With the Stars’ Mark Ballas with American Idol’s Michael Orland serving as Musical Director. An updated version of the classic tale, “Snow White” features family-friendly magic, a comedic twist and modern music, including Lady Gaga’s Born This Way, The Village People’s YMCA, and Michael Jackson’s Thriller. Tickets will be on sale August 9 for “A Snow White Christmas, ” running November 30-December 18 at the El Portal Theatre

‘So You Think You Can Dance’: Teasers from this morning’s rehearsals — EXCLUSIVE

Anyone who watches So You Think You Can Dance even once knows the contestants dance their enviously well-shaped tushies off for our entertainment (weekly!). But until I got an exclusive first-hand look at this morning’s rehearsals for tonight’s Top 6 performance show, I did not quite understand just how maniacally dedicated these dancers really are to honing their craft. For one thing, they are dancing, full out, by 8 a.m. The most strenuous thing I do at that hour is walk my dog.

Jane Lynch won’t cue the Sue so much as Emmy host

At last year’s Primetime Emmy Awards, Jane Lynch showed up in the red tracksuit made iconic by her Sue Sylvester character on “Glee, ” threw slushies on Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey, joined in on the exuberant “Born to Run” opening number and went on to win the trophy for supporting actress.

How do you top that? By actually hosting the ceremony this September. But whether the track suit will be back remains to be seen. For despite the huge audience affection for the character who wears it, Lynch is downplaying the role the menacing McKinley High cheerleading coach will play in her award night antics.

“It’s definitely going to be more me than Sue Sylvester, ” Lynch said last week of her planned approach to MCing the awards. “In fact, if Sue were hosting, I don’t think many people would watch it, because a little of Sue goes a long way.”
